Brief Profile
Department of Zoology was founded in 1961. Today, It offers CBCS courses in undergraduate and post graduate programmes of studies, and a 6-month certificate course in Apiculture. Research focuses on fresh water & fish biology, entomology and ecology. Vermicomposting is offered as "Earn While you learn" scheme.
